Job summary

Solera is seeking an eBay Growth Advisor to drive growth, retention, and account health for Hollander’s eBay program sellers. You will act as the SME for eBay Parts & Accessories and the eLINK listing platform, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Technical Support to optimize marketplace performance.

The role involves onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and providing insights to improve seller performance across platforms, with travel ~30% for customer visits and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 2–4 years of account management, sales, ecommerce, or marketplace experience (eBay, Amazon, Shopify).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present and train diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate seller data into growth actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of eBay sellers focused on GMV growth and marketplace performance.
• Monitor seller health metrics and engage at-risk accounts to reduce churn.
• Lead onboarding and training for new sellers to ensure ramp-up and sustained performance.
• Troubleshoot listing, compliance, and eLINK integration issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide customer feedback, marketplace insights, and product recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to provide product expertise and demos.
• Support email communications, alerts, and outreach for account health.
• Represent Hollander‑Solera as an SMB eBay subject matter expert at events and industry sessions.
