Job summary

Solera Corporation seeks an eBay Growth Advisor to drive growth, retention, and account health for Hollander’s eBay program sellers. You will optimize marketplace performance using eLINK and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams.

This remote role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with ecommerce marketplaces. Travel up to 30% for key events and client visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years in account management, sales, ecommerce, or marketplace environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data interpretation abilities.
• Experience in automotive services is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace listing management and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of eBay sellers focused on GMV growth and performance.
• Monitor seller health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts.
• Lead onboarding and training for new sellers to ramp up.
• Troubleshoot listing, compliance, and eLINK issues with cross-functional teams.
• Provide product feedback and marketplace insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to deliver eLINK demos and collateral.
• Support email communications including alerts and reactivation campaigns.
• Represent Hollander-Solera as an eBay SME at events.
