Ritchiefount is seeking an Eastern Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the agricultural sector. This role involves direct engagement with Beef and Dairy Producers and managing the distributor and dealer network. Ideal candidates will have experience in agricultural sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of animal production.

The position is fully remote, preferably based in New York or Pennsylvania, offering a dynamic work environment with extensive travel required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful sales experience in agriculture, with a proven track record.
• In-depth knowledge of animal production including Dairy and Feedlot operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities directly on farms.
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate technical information.
• Support and train distributors and dealers on product knowledge and sales.
