Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Child Development Specialist to support growth and learning for children aged 0-5 in George. The role blends in-center activities with outreach to families, working with parents on milestones, strategies, and behavioral support.

You will engage with children directly and provide hybrid consulting to families, contributing to a holistic approach to child well-being and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct work with young children and families.
• Knowledge of child development theories and assessment tools.
• Experience delivering workshops or parent education programs.
• Excellent communication, reporting and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a hybrid model.
