CVS Health is seeking an EAP Clinical Counselor for a fully remote role across the United States. You will provide 24/7 telephone-based assessments, triage and short-term counseling in a high-volume call center environment, connecting members to appropriate care options and resources.

Requires a current independent behavioral health license in your state and crisis intervention experience with diverse populations. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health license to practice per state regulations.
• 24x7x365 call center coverage required, holidays may be needed.
• Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavior change.
• Experience with mental health, psychiatric care, family situations and relationship concerns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, counseling and information services in a call center.
• Perform risk, substance abuse and mental health assessments to inform safety plans.
• Advise on levels of care and refer to appropriate mental health resources.
• Build rapport with members and communicate the theory of change.
• Maintain documentation meeting risk management and regulatory requirements.
