CVS Health is hiring an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide on-demand, single‑session consultations and assessments for members across the United States. You will work remotely, delivering care via phone, video, and chat using secure platforms, with focus on safety planning and timely documentation.

The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health counseling and licensure in the resident state, with 1+ year crisis intervention experience and 24/7 call center coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license to practice in state of residence (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, Clinical Psychologist).
• 24x7x365 call center coverage needed; holiday coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, action and safety plans, triage, and informational services.
• Leverage technology platforms to connect members to appropriate solutions at the right time.
• Support members via phone, video, or chat for personalized care; document in real time.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies; ensure accurate documentation.
