Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience.
• Valid unrestricted independent behavioral health clinical license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC/LCMHC/LICSW/LISW/Clinical Psychologist).
• 24x7x365 call center coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand single-session consultations, assessments, safety plans and triage.
• Deliver care via phone, video, and chat using secure platforms.
• Document information accurately and in real time.
• Navigate intranet systems to support calls and case management.
• Protect member confidentiality and maintain timely documentation.
