Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Instructional Design/Learning Management System Tester to validate the quality, functionality, and learner experience of training content before deployment. You will perform comprehensive QA on e-learning modules within the LMS, ensuring accessibility, proper navigation, scoring, and completion tracking across devices.

The role requires 2+ years in instructional design or QA, plus 1+ year testing eLearnings (SCORM/xAPI).

Qualifications

• Two+ years in Quality Assurance, Copy Editing, or Instructional Design.
• At least one year testing eLearnings (SCORM/xAPI) in an LMS.
• Experience with Articulate 360 tools (Storyline and Rise) and LMS QA.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing on e-learning courses within the LMS.
• Execute end-to-end testing to ensure functionality and user experience.
• Stress test navigation, course structure, scoring, completion tracking, and performance.
• Document findings and communicate issues to instructional designers.
• Complete testing within a 48-hour turnaround for each module.
• Collaborate with designers to review findings and answer follow-up questions.
