Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a QA Engineer to work remotely with a strong emphasis on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Software Quality Assurance (SW QA). The role validates that applications meet business requirements, functional expectations, and quality standards prior to release.

The ideal candidate translates business needs into test cases, develops and executes test plans, tracks defects, collaborates with developers and product owners, and ensures regression testing and acceptance criteria

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Strong SW QA background and attention to detail.
Ability to translate requirements into test cases.
Experience with defect tracking and test execution.

Responsibilities

Execute UAT to ensure software meets business and end-user requirements.
Perform software QA testing across web and application platforms.
Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Identify, document, track, and retest software defects.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders during testing cycles.
Validate fixes and ensure regression testing is completed prior to release.
Ensure quality standards and acceptance criteria are consistently met.
Ability to pass a Public Trust investigation.
