Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking an E-Filing and Litigation Specialist to join the Court Services Department. The role is hybrid and open to candidates in East Coast or Midwest offices or remote US locations.

The incumbent will manage electronic filing across state and federal courts and support litigation calendaring, while assisting case teams with court procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior e-filing experience on multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of civil court procedures (state and federal).
• Proficiency with CourtAlert, Aderant-Compulaw or comparable database.

Responsibilities

• Electronically file court documents across state and federal courts accurately and timely.
• Research e-filing procedures, local rules, and case histories as needed.
• Review court filings for compliance with procedural rules and fees.
• Answer attorneys' questions on filing processes and court procedures.
• Calendar litigation events and generate deadline reports in calendaring software.
• Reseal with docket sheets, court records, and requesting good standing certificates.
