Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of e-filing experience across multiple platforms (CM/ECF, NYSCEF, Odyssey, Tyler, TrueFiling, File & ServeXpress).
• Knowledge of civil court procedures and rules (state and federal).
• Proficiency with CourtAlert, Aderant-CompuLaw or similar databases.
• Strong written and oral communication and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• File court documents electronically accurately and timely.
• Research e-filing procedures and court rules.
• Review filings for compliance with procedures, format, fees and certificates.
• Liaise between attorneys and the courts and aid with document service.
