Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an experienced e-Discovery Project Manager to oversee the full e-discovery life cycle, from collection guidance to document production. You will coordinate with clients, legal teams, vendors, and technology staff to ensure timely, accurate deliverables across ESI processing and review platforms.

The role requires strong knowledge of EDRM, TAR, Gen AI and RAG, with focus on data integrity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the litigation support/legal industry.
• 2-3 years of Project Management experience with on-time deliverables and strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end eDiscovery projects across lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for on-time delivery.
• Ensure data integrity and high service quality for ESI production.
• Identify and manage issues/risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
