Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a remote E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online storefronts, with a focus on content, SEO, and partner collaborations. This role emphasizes responsive customer support, pricing strategy, and inventory coordination for a seamless shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in eCommerce, proficient with Shopify/Amazon/eBay, strong English skills, and solid data-driven reporting using Google Analytics and Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce, website maintenance and related industries.
• Experience with content, product and inventory management.
• Experience with SEO and non-technical SEO best practices.
• Proficient with Shopify, Amazon and eBay platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2+).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CSS media queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the website and maintain a seamless user experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with customer selections.
• Optimize product listings and content with detailed descriptions and assets.
• Build relationships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams on concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
• Set prices in line with industry trends and sales strategy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Develop and maintain initiatives for PPC campaigns and social media engagement.
