Job summary

Wing is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join remotely. You will manage the website, engage customers, optimize listings, and drive partnerships while collaborating with internal teams on campaigns and pricing strategy.

The role emphasizes content quality, SEO, analytics, and hands-on use of Shopify/Amazon/eBay platforms, with strong English communication and copywriting skills. This is a remote US-based opportunity with flexible weekly hours.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance or related fields.
Experience with content, product and inventory management.
SEO experience and knowledge of best practices (non-technical).
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon and eBay platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operation of the website and maintain a seamless user experience.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product selections.
Optimize product listings with descriptions, assets, and specifications.
Build relationships with content creators, influencers, and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams on concepts, layouts and promotions.
Set prices aligned with trends and sales strategy.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers/logistics.
Develop and maintain PPC and social media campaigns.
Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
