Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our client's online retail presence, working fully remotely from South Africa. You will drive traffic, enhance the customer journey and maximize conversions across digital platforms.

You will collaborate with remote marketing and logistics teams, analyze data, refine SEO/SEM, and manage Shopify/WooCommerce listings to boost sales and grow the company's online footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and imagery on the e-commerce platform.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive online sales.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure a smooth and intuitive online customer purchasing experience from browsing to checkout.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to manage order fulfillment and shipping processes efficiently.
