Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field required.
• 1–3 years in social media management or influencer marketing preferred in e-commerce.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities for digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily social media content plans across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Identify, vet and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to reporting.
• Create compelling social copy and assist in visual asset creation.
• Monitor trends and conversations to boost engagement and community growth.
• Track performance metrics and report ROI for social and influencer initiatives.
• Assist in managing paid social campaigns under guidance of senior marketers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Efficiently manage social media tools and platforms.
