Job summary

Nutrafol, a leader in hair wellness, is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join its remote HCP team. You will deliver white-glove service to physicians and dermatologists, manage inquiries by phone and email, and coordinate orders with the Business Development Manager.

Located on the East Coast to align with our team hours, you will use SFDC daily, maintain records, and help grow revenue across territories through proactive account management and outstanding customer support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, account management, or sales.
• Aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Previous experience developing and managing market channel relationships.
• Previous experience with SFDC (Salesforce.com), Shopify, Shipmonk, or other related platforms.
• You genuinely enjoy helping people and communicate well.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping important tasks.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Built strong customer relationships in past roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service with professionalism and a customer-centric focus.
• Respond to and distribute customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Place in-bound and pending orders with the Business Development Manager.
• Collaborate with the BDM to address customer needs and concerns.
• Triage and distribute inbound emails and calls to appropriate contacts.
• Provide responses and resolutions to inquiries and feedback.
• Build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
• Follow established communication procedures and policies.
• Manage Growth Partner Platform onboarding and support platform orders.
• Use SFDC daily to track information and log communications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Identify growth opportunities with BDMs to increase revenue across territories.
• Handle day-to-day operations for each territory (cancellations, reships, invoicing, etc.).
• Own account interactions from start to finish.
