Agent Careers seeks an E-Commerce Specialist to run Walmart/Amazon/Shopify stores remotely from LATAM. You’ll own end-to-end operations, optimize listings, manage inventory, and drive profitable growth using AI-generated content and PPC campaigns.

The role requires a proactive owner mindset, 2+ years in e-commerce, AI literacy, and strong English writing. You’ll balance budgets, analyze margins, and report on performance within a lean team.

Qualifications

• Proactive problem solver with ownership of results.
• 2+ years in e-commerce; knowledge of digital marketplaces essential.
• High proficiency with AI tools for content creation and ops.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and managing small-to-medium ad budgets.
• Self-starter with lean-team execution mindset.
• Experience managing marketplace PPC with clear understanding of ACoS/TACoS/ROAS.
• Strong grasp of unit economics: landed cost, fees, margins, ROI.
• Proficient in using research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa) and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Product & Platform Management: Source profitable products, optimize Walmart/Amazon/Shopify listings, monitor inventory.
• Marketing & Content Creation: Use AI tools for daily content, run Meta ads, track growth and ROI.
