Job summary

Helios Worldwide Co. is seeking a data-driven E-commerce Performance Manager to own our digital storefront, growth marketing performance, and operational efficiency. You will drive customer acquisition, funnel optimization, unit economics, and retention, including media buying and CRO.

Remote in the United States; 4+ years in DTC e-commerce, with Shopify expertise and related apps (Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, Recharge). You will test, analyze attribution, and report on performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing and e-commerce operations for a DTC brand.
• Proven ability to optimize ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid acquisition channels and optimize performance targets.
• Audit and optimize the Shopify customer journey and run on-site tests.
• Monitor unit economics, inventory, and shipping costs to align spend with operations.
• Build real-time dashboards and deliver weekly performance summaries.
