Groomit is seeking an E-Commerce Web Analyst to drive data-driven insights for digital sales and customer experience. You will analyze customer behavior and site performance to turn insights into clear actions, supporting end-to-end optimization of the customer journey.

The role requires 3+ years in e-commerce analytics, proficiency with GA, PowerBI, Tableau, and ContentSquare, and strong communication skills to present findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, and ContentSquare.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily and weekly site and customer behavior analytics for the Mexico market.
• Partner with E-Commerce commercial team to translate insights into opportunities to optimize sales performance and customer acquisition/engagement.
• Conduct analyses to evaluate customer demand, product performance, and customer experience.
• SEO and internal search analyses to contribute to site and external search optimization.
• Evaluate key pages to support landing page planning and focus areas for commercial teams.
• Analyze onsite and full journey performance per media channel and customer segment.
• Collaborate with regional teams to set goals from a customer insights perspective.
• Provide data-driven insights across the customer journey to guide marketing efforts.
• Spread web analytics competence across the E-Commerce team.
