Placements24 is seeking a sharp and analytical E-commerce Social Media Analyst to join our remote team, supporting operations from the United States. You will dissect the performance of social campaigns and e-commerce metrics, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will work with marketing and e-commerce teams to set KPIs, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations, with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement in a fully remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data or social media analytics within digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with social media analytics platforms (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Twitter Analytics).
• Experience with Google Analytics for web analytics.
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data clearly.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from social media platforms and e-commerce analytics tools.
• Track, measure, and report on performance, traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize performance data for stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
• Monitor competitor activities and conduct A/B testing to identify best practices.
