Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Community Manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly tone.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms and community features.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media communities across platforms.
• Engage with followers daily, respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Foster positive interactions and user-generated content to boost loyalty.
• Monitor conversations for brand mentions, trends, and feedback; escalate as needed.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to increase participation and loyalty.
• Create engaging content (polls, Q&As, contests) tailored to the community.
• Identify sentiment themes and report actionable insights to marketing.
• Collaborate with support and marketing for a cohesive customer experience.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging tools.
• Moderate discussions and maintain a welcoming environment.
