Careerscape is seeking an entry-level E-commerce Assistant to join a fully remote team. You will support everyday online store activities, update listings, process orders, and assist with digital merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing information across the online store.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock issues or discrepancies.
• Process customer orders and track shipments through fulfillment systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal sales activities, and website updates.
• Maintain order and return records using spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners regarding order status.
• Monitor website functionality and report technical issues when identified.
• Assist the e-commerce team with reporting, data entry, and operational tasks.
