Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Dynatrace platform deployment and configuration specialist. You will implement Dynatrace across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments and configure OneAgent, ActiveGate, and dashboards to meet application needs.

You will also integrate with ITSM tools and CI/CD pipelines while delivering enablement and documentation to operations teams, with a focus on proactive monitoring and automation.

Qualifications

Strong communication and executive level presentation skills.
Extensive experience with Dynatrace implementations.
Strong Applications and Infrastructure design knowledge in cloud and traditional environments.
Dynatrace Associate, Implementation or Administration certification.
Canadian permanent resident or citizen.

Responsibilities

Implement Dynatrace across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Install and configure OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Dynatrace extensions.
Configure dashboards, alerts, and management zones.
Customize alerting and maintain use cases with AI and thresholds.
Integrate with ITSM and CI/CD tools and support automation.
