Job summary

FTS, Inc. is seeking a D365 Training & Adoption Specialist to bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users. You will design and deliver training, create engaging e-learning content, and support system rollouts to maximize adoption of Dynamics 365.

This fully remote role requires strong communication, instructional design expertise, and the ability to translate complex platform concepts into practical guidance for diverse audiences across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology or systems training, including e-learning content.
• Ability to translate complex Dynamics 365 features into end-user guidance.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and Dynamics 365 end users, translating needs between groups.
• Develop learning strategies and create engaging training content for diverse audiences.
• Design and deliver virtual and in-person Dynamics 365 training for new hires and existing staff.
• Support system rollouts and adoption initiatives to maximize platform use.
