Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to migrate CRM backend components to Azure-native services and decouple Dynamics CRM from legacy systems. The role focuses on assessing, redesigning, and migrating plug-ins, workflows, and data with emphasis on Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Logic Apps.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of Dynamics CRM/365 CE experience and strong C#, .NET, SQL, and REST API skills, plus Azure cloud tooling expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Dynamics CRM/365 CE tech development experience.
• Hands-on CRM 9.x on-premises, plugins, workflows, SDK, and Web API.
• Strong C#, .NET, SQL, and REST API skills.
• Experience migrating CRM backend to Azure-native services.

Responsibilities

• Assess Dynamics CRM 9.x on-premises architecture, customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and data dependencies.
• Analyze business logic to decide migration, redesign, consolidation, or retirement.
• Convert Dynamics CRM plugins to Azure Functions, .NET APIs, Container Apps, or event-driven services.
• Convert workflows to Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus processing.
• Design REST APIs using .NET/C# and Azure API Management.
• Implement asynchronous processing using Azure Service Bus queues/topics with retries and idempotency.
• Migrate CRM entity data to Azure SQL and attachments to Azure Blob Storage.
• Support phased coexistence between Dynamics CRM and Azure during migration.
• Implement security using Entra ID, Managed Identities, Key Vault, RBAC, Private Endpoints.
• Support testing, data reconciliation, performance testing, cutover, rollback, and production stabilization.
