Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident triage, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and enhance Dynamics 365 integrations and APIs.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions using C#/.NET.
• Monitor, maintain, and tune cloud-based applications for performance.
• Support Disaster Recovery readiness and resilience improvements.
• Prioritize remediation based on severity and impact.
