Eliassen Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect for remote, contract work. The role leads technical and functional direction across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, partnering with stakeholders to design scalable, secure solutions aligned to enterprise standards.

Strong candidates will have 10+ years in enterprise apps and 5+ years in Dynamics 365 architecture, with expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 architecture experience.
• Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integration services, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insights, and Power Platform.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, security models, and data strategy.
• Lead design workshops and architectural reviews.
• Guide development teams on configuration, customization, and integration approaches.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support roadmap planning and future-state architecture.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams.
