Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to provide technical and functional leadership across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in a remote, contract role. The candidate will partner with stakeholders, PMs, and technical teams to design scalable, secure solutions that meet business requirements and standards.

Required: 10+ years in enterprise apps and 5+ years in Dynamics 365 architecture, plus strong experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 architecture experience.
• Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integration services, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insights, and Power Platform.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, security models, and data strategy.
• Lead design workshops and architectural reviews.
• Guide development teams on configuration, customization, and integration approaches.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support roadmap planning and future-state architecture.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams.
