Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking an ERP Data Analyst to join the Corporate Applications team in the United States. The role focuses on integrating acquisitions into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CE, configuring the ERP foundation for growth, and supporting ongoing ERP initiatives.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to define requirements, design test strategies, and drive automation. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years ERP experience with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with test automation tools such as RSAT, Leapwork, Selenium.
• Proven expertise in supporting finance modules within ERP systems (AR, AP, GL, PM&A).
• Strong data analysis skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HSO AEC360, SKSoft TAS, Docentric ISV products preferred but not required.
• Background in project-based accounting solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure D365 F&O and CE modules; create legal entities per acquisition specs.
• Design test strategies including automation for regression and integration testing.
• Lead functional testing and manage deployment processes.
• Collaborate with data migration teams to test data conversions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to close process gaps.
• Drive business process automation and ERP feature adoption.
