Job summary

Fyerx is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Architect to design, secure, and optimize a enterprise CDP and engagement engine. You will orchestrate multi-source data ingestion, map identity resolution rules, and configure real-time activation loops powering personalized journeys.

The role requires 6–10 years of data/CRM experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CI, strong SQL, Dataverse, and Azure tools, plus mandatory certifications.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in enterprise data engineering, CRM consulting, or marketing tech.
• 3+ dedicated years designing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Insights setups.
• Strong mastery of Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure data tools, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Mandatory certification: Dynamics 365 CI Associate or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex Identity Resolution rules and unified Customer 360 schemas.
• Build advanced calculated insights and measures for scoring lifetimes and churn.
• Design omni-channel journeys with real-time segmentation and triggers.
• Create secure integration blueprints linking CI with Power BI and external APIs.
• Enforce data privacy, RBAC, and governance with GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Monitor ingestion, refresh cycles, latency, and API rate limits.
