Job summary

Cambay Solutions is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Solutions Architect to lead the functional design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights/Journeys, Dataverse, Power Platform, and CRM business processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations.
Strong hands-on functional experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Extensive experience with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Lead the functional architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM implementations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Define functional solution architecture, application components, business processes, integrations, and data requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard Dynamics 365 capabilities versus customization or extensions.
Design solutions that align with Microsoft best practices and long-term customer objectives.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Identify opportunities to leverage out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities before recommending custom development.
