Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) expert with .NET expertise to lead a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation for a major US-based organization. The project covers setup, customization, configuration, integration and data migration to Azure, delivering secure, scalable solutions.

The candidate should demonstrate 5+ years of CRM development, plugins/workflows, WCF/WebAPI, JavaScript, SOLID design, and leadership in Agile teams to drive technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years development and customization with MS Dynamics CRM products.
• Hands-on integration of MS Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM out-of-the-box functionality.
• Experience developing MS Dynamics 365 CRM Plugins, Workflows, and Actions.
• Development experience with WCF and WebAPI.
• Proficient in JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Knowledge of unit testing concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and/or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.
• Advanced level of spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Discuss business and technical/architectural topics with stakeholders and team members
• Build new features according to requirements and enhancement requests
• Communicate directly with the customer to clarify needs and provide updates
