Job summary

UniverseIT is seeking a hands-on Consultant to configure Dynamics 365 CRM and deliver Copilot-enabled solutions for clients. You will translate business needs into functional designs, run discovery sessions, and guide customers from initial concepts to go-live in a primarily remote delivery model.

The role emphasizes strong Power Platform skills, practical Copilot experience, and the ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers across engagements, with US-based clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience (Sales, Service, Field Service, Customer Insights).
• Experience deploying Copilot in real client environments (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-powered Power Platform).
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, security model, solution layering, and ALM basics.
• Comfortable leading workshops, writing documentation, and guiding clients from idea to go-live.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers on delivery.
• Strong communication to talk tech with engineers and outcomes with business stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI daily in tasks.
• Based in the U.S. and able to work Central Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deliver Dynamics 365 CRM across Sales, Service, Field Service, Contact Center, and Customer Insights.
• Build, deploy, and support Copilot solutions and AI-assisted workflows from setup through adoption.
• Run discovery sessions to capture business requirements and process gaps.
• Deliver Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) that solve real problems.
• Translate business processes into functional designs and clear documentation.
• Partner with developers, project managers, and consultants to build scalable solutions.
• Support clients through requirements, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Advise on CRM and Copilot best practices, adoption, and next steps.
