Job summary

Genpact Experience is seeking a seasoned DX Architecture Lead to design end-to-end customer experience solutions across multiple technologies including Adobe, Sitecore, and Optimizely. You will bridge creative, business, and technical teams to translate client needs into scalable architecture.

You will develop architectural blueprints, guide engineering during delivery, and ensure alignment with client KPIs such as personalization, analytics, and performance. Hybrid U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical architecture roles for digital platforms including enterprise CMS and DXP (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Optimizely).
• Proven track record designing integrated solutions across multiple technologies (CMS, e-commerce, personalization, analytics).
• Deep knowledge of web app architecture and integration patterns (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud infra (Azure, AWS) and modern deployment models.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design holistic architecture for websites, portals, and digital products spanning CMS, e-commerce, personalization, and analytics.
• Evaluate and recommend DXP tech stacks (Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely) based on client requirements.
• Develop architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and delivery, including effort estimation and risk identification.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability considerations are built into designs.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals.
