Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Adobe Enterprise Program Architect to lead end-to-end digital marketing and customer experience solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud. The role requires deep architectural expertise, business acumen, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise transformations across omnichannel platforms.

You will design and oversee deployments with AEP, XDM schemas, and CDP integrations while coordinating with business analysts and project teams to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor Degree in a relevant area; or 13+ years without a degree
• Strong knowledge in defining Personalization strategies for customers
• Completed Adobe Developer and Architect Training ('badge') in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Minimum of one end-to-end implementation of AEP
• Experience migrating customer profiles from legacy systems to AEP
• Understanding of performance optimization and scalability in AEP
• Thorough understanding of Adobe Security model with understanding of SSO
• Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search etc
• Technical experience with other CDP solutions such as Salesforce CDP, Bloomreach, or Informatica Customer 360
• Adobe Experience Platform Architect Certification at any level desired or achievable within six months
• Technical experience with other solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud such as Target, Audience Manager, Analytics, Campaign and AEM
• Experience identifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end digital marketing and customer experience solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
• Architect, design, and oversee solution deployments leveraging AEP (RTCDP, AJO, CJA)
• Collaborate with internal units, client teams and production support to ensure on-time delivery
• Document functional and technical requirements and present to senior stakeholders
• Balance changing workloads and ensure scalable, secure solutions
