Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sitecore Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality digital experiences for clients worldwide. You will lead teams across Sitecore and adjacent composable DXP platforms, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional Genpact teams, applying modern web standards, API-driven integrations, and a commitment to performance and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with the Sitecore platform and related ecosystem.
• 8+ years in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, or ASP.NET MVC with SOLID principles.
• Experience creating Sitecore templates, renderings, layouts, workflows, and CMS content models.
• Familiarity with SXA, serialization, component-based development, Helix architecture, and environment-aware configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and maintenance of internal and client-facing websites, portals, and apps.
• Deliver scalable, high-performing digital experiences using Sitecore, SitecoreAI, .NET, and front-end tech.
• Collaborate with clients and Genpact teams (PMs, designers, QA, architects, developers) to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership through code reviews, mentoring, estimation support, and delivery guidance.
