Quick USA Inc. is seeking a motivated DX Consultant / Senior Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives, data and AI solution delivery, and technology-driven business innovation for enterprise clients.

You will bridge business needs with technology, participate in client meetings, develop proposals, and lead collaboration across global teams to deliver measurable value and scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and build strong client relationships.
• Fluent English communication skills (Professional proficiency).
• Experience in multicultural and international business environments.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and Gen AI platforms.
• Preferred: domain experience in productivity, IT training/adoption, process optimization, or innovation management.
• Preferred: knowledge of Japanese corporate culture/business practices or languages.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients to understand industries, business models, and digital trends; support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions; prepare proposals and materials.
• Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams; track milestones, risks, and deliverables; ensure alignment of objectives and solutions.
• Develop repeatable consulting offerings and digital solutions; build proofs-of-concept, dashboards, AI solutions, and internal tools; support adoption and change management.
• Collaborate with global teams; contribute to innovation and service enhancements; maintain project documentation and share best practices.
