Job summary

HelloConnect is recruiting for a Remote Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You will provide voice and non-voice support across channels, resolve issues, and document interactions in a fast-paced BPO setting.

Requirements include native or near-native Dutch and strong English. A reliable WFH setup is needed, with occasional on-site equipment pickup at the BGC office; wellness benefits, development budget, and a dynamic global team are offered.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch required.
• Strong English for internal comms, docs, and collaboration.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver voice support in Dutch and non-voice support via email/chat.
• Provide empathetic, effective solutions to customer inquiries.
• Accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with team leads and internal stakeholders as needed.
