Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a CAE Durability Engineer – Structural Analysis to perform finite element studies validating vehicle structure components and sub-systems. You will lead design specification analysis, create and modify FE models, and correlate CAE results with physical tests to drive design improvements.

You will collaborate across global teams, develop new analytical capabilities, and present findings to cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline with coursework in Finite Element Methods.
Experience with CAE analysis and ability to summarize/present technical work.
Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently and with teams.
Fluent English communication (oral and written).
Leadership and problem-solving abilities; capable of motivating and building consensus.

Responsibilities

Perform finite element-based studies to virtually validate vehicle structure components and sub-systems.
Lead system design specification analysis and documentation for exterior components.
Create/modify finite element models to predict vehicle structure performance per requirements.
Correlate CAE models with physical test results and develop countermeasures.
Develop new analytical capabilities and share techniques in global forums and meetings.
