Job summary

Optimal Solution Company is seeking a CAE Durability Engineer to advance vehicle structure analysis and predictive performance. You will build and audit FEA models, interpret results, and collaborate with Design, CAE, and Manufacturing teams to deliver feasible counter-measures.

Key requirements include strong knowledge of Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh, and Matlab, plus fluent English communication. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days four days a week is offered.

• Develop new analytical capabilities and share findings globally.
• Correlate CAE results with physical tests and drive counter-measures.
• Work remotely and in a global environment with other CAE teams.
