Paired is seeking a highly experienced Creative Strategist to join a growing DTC e-commerce brand. This is not an entry-level role; you will integrate quickly, bringing new ideas, systems, experience, and insights to help the brand grow.

The role offers remote work and flexible hours, with strong compensation and significant growth opportunities. You will lead creative strategy, analyze ad data weekly, and scale campaigns across Meta, Northbeam, and Triple Whale while mentoring a team.

• Has worked with successful DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Understands direct response advertising deeply.
• Understands how to scale brands creatively.
• Has strong communication and leadership skills.
• Can teach and explain ideas clearly to team members.
• Is ambitious and growth-oriented.
• Understands brand identity and customer psychology.
• Knows how to combine data with creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Creative Strategy department.
• Eventually host weekly creative/performance meetings.
• Review learnings with the team: what’s working and what needs improvement.
• Work closely with the CEO, media buying agencies, creative agencies, editors, creators, strategists.
• Develop creative systems, workflows, SOPs, and testing structures for the client.
• Train and mentor creative strategists.
