Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Dry Dock Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end material logistics for dry docks and special projects across the fleet. You will oversee on-site providers, establish master schedules, and ensure on-time material delivery while collaborating with Technical, Hotel Refurbishment, DDPMO and Purchasing teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering or Finance and 5–8 years of material logistics experience, including 3rd party contractor

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Finance.
• 5–8 years of material logistics experience and 3rd party contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Establish key metrics and criteria for project success.
• Develop timetables and deadlines; communicate with stakeholders for timely execution.
• Manage on-site logistics and 3PL performance; coordinate with multiple teams.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements after projects.
