isolved HCM is seeking a Drug Testing Specialist to serve as the subject-matter expert for pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug testing. The role focuses on scheduling tests, reporting results, and coordinating with clients to streamline onboarding and ongoing screening processes.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and chats; resolving issues; processing various scheduling needs and add-ons; and ensuring accurate reporting with a low error rate.

• Follow client preferences for fast and accurate processing.
