Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification; DOT qualified Screening Test Technician and Breath Alcohol Technician training.
• Ability to perform CLIA-waived tests and collect specimens following protocols.

Responsibilities

• Performs CLIA waived lab tests and quality controls.
• Collects urine drug screens and hair follicle samples.
• Performs DOT/non-DOT breath alcohol testing and other collections.
• Maintains documentation and chain of custody; ensures quality assurance.
