Air Pixels is seeking a Drone Pilot / Surveyor to perform aerial data collection, mapping, and surveying across utility-scale solar EPC projects. You will utilize UAS, survey gear, and mapping software to support engineering, estimating, construction, and site management.

The role requires extensive travel to active project sites, adherence to FAA Part 107, and collaboration with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure accurate field data throughout the construction lifecycle.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Experience operating drones for surveying, mapping, engineering, or construction.
• Ability to read civil plans and construction drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct UAS flight operations at large solar sites per FAA rules and project needs.
• Capture high-resolution imagery and survey data for mapping and progress tracking.
• Create ortho mosaics, DTMs/DSMs, and point clouds for project deliverables.
• Assist with earthwork quantities and earthwork verification.
• Coordinate with project teams to determine data requirements and maintain logs.
