SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator for a fully remote role. The position supports the Technical Resource team and includes coordinating aerial inspections, reviewing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Application Administration, ERP/CMMS software, and PV solar industries, plus strong Excel/Office skills and excellent English communication. Applicants must be US-authorized to work.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of experience in Application Administration within an IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years of experience with ERP and CMMS software platforms.
• 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of the Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR inspection PM and CM work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients timely.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and provide feedback.
• Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR for preventive maintenance with aerial vendor for Services Ops and Maintenance projects.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on project deliverables (construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning inspections).
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes that improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings and travel as needed.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
