Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 2+ years in a call center, inside sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Review MVR, DAC, and criminal background checks.
• Extend offers to qualified applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain knowledge of compensation offerings, benefits, and salary structures.
