Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, inside sales, or other related fields required.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process to fill existing openings (sourcing, interviewing, closing).
• Review MVR, DAC, and criminal background of potential applicants.
• Extend offers to qualified applicants while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Promote USX driver openings and salary/benefits information daily.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage expectations and address recruitment issues.
• Enter driver information accurately in TenStreet and Pegasus systems.
• Communicate USX mission and culture to candidates to convey value.
