Job summary

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is looking for a Drilling Engineer to provide independent engineering advisory services to the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office. This senior consulting role will involve tasks such as conducting technical due diligence and preparing lender-ready deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in engineering within the energy sector, along with necessary qualifications and certifications. This position is performed remotely with occasional on-site meetings in Washington, DC, offering a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering or energy infrastructure advisory.
• Proven track record in oil and gas, power, or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of DOE LPO and energy-sector processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent engineering reviews and technical due diligence.
• Prepare bankable and lender-ready deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for decision-making support.
• Participate in data-room reviews and site observations.
• Produce independent engineer reports.
